We hope our products bring a smile to your face and that you love them as much as we do. If not, we want to make it right. 

Return Policy

If for any reason you aren't satisfied with your OPO gear, we will gladly offer you a refund for your item(s). Our only requirements are that you request the refund within 30 days, item(s) be unused/unworn, in the same condition that you received them, with tags still attached and packing slip enclosed.

To start a return, contact us at returns@oldpeopleoutdoors.com. If your item is within the 30 day return window, we will send you a return shipping label and return instructions. We will notify you as soon as we’ve received your return. If the item is in its original condition as described above, we will process your refund immediately.

Please note that any shipping fees incurred on your original order cannot be refunded (if shipping was charged).

Exchanges 

In order to exchange your item for another, just follow the instructions above for a returned item but instead of receiving a refund, we will ship you the desired item right away!

 

Please Note

We cannot offer unlimited free shipping on refunds and exchanges.  We are happy to offer free return shipping on most items for the first return/exchange but not on subsequent exchanges for the same item.
